Custome rs who wish to avoid delay can open deposit accounts and the usual deposit is £5. Orders from abroad should be accompanied by a remittance to cover the costs of goods and postal charges. We do not send goods by "CAS H ON DELIVERY" (C.O.D .). (2) PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS. Allprices , spec ifications and conditio ns are subject to alter ation withóut not ice. The prices of spares do not include th e" costs of packing and carriage. (3) CARRIAGE AND PACKING. All invoice s or spare parts will be SURCHARG ED by 5 PER CEN T. to cover the cost of packing and postage, or carr iage, and the minimum surch arge is one shilling . (Home orders only). A special packing case, or crate , is require d for some spares to ensure freedom fròm dam age in transit. ln such circumstances a spec ial charge for the value of the case , or crate, will be made ln addition to the 5 per cent . surcharge but t he special charge will be credited in full if the container is promptly returned to our factory carriage paid and in good cond ition. The ONLY WA Y to do that is for us to know the COMP LETE ENGINE and frame number s . . The eng ine number is stamped on the left side crankc ase, under the cylinder , and may have one or { & more letters incorpor ated in it. THE COMPLE TE NUMBER MUST BE QUOT ED. \\ The frame numb er is stamped on the right-h and side of the fr ame lug that is below the saddle. (6) SERVICE . The SERVICE AND REPAIR DEPARTMENT is situated in BURRAGE GROVE, PLUMSTEAD, LONDON , S.E. I 8, and is open on Mondays to Fridays from 8.30 a.m. to 12.55 p.m.-2 p.m. to 5 .30 p.m. lt is closed on Satur days, Sundays and Nationa l Holidays. lt ex ists for th e purpose of:- (a) Giving technical assistance verb ally or through the.
